Roots Salad Kitchen. The restaurant-located in San Antonio's

Southtown area-offers a variety of healthy options including

gourmet salads, bowls, wraps, smoothies, and more. After being

in business for just a couple of years, a second Roots location

has opened in the new University Women's and Children's

Hospital (Medical Center SA). Their newest venture, Yolo Slice

(Pizza), is also now open in the Medical Center.
